TCE Co., Ltd was registered with the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia in December 2007 as a standard Cambodian for-profit consultancy.

TCE has been pioneering in bringing socially responsible investment (SRI) to Cambodia, promoting corprate social responsibility (CSR) among the local business community, and creating environmental, social and governance (ESG) value at the level of domestic and export value chains.

TCE's shares are held by the four founders —including Dr Eric Mousset, CEO, and another three Cambodian associates who own the majority of shares.

TCE is in the process or renewing the Advisory Board, and taking the corporate governance code to the next level of maturity.

TCE has implemented its own set of CSR programs.
